The venue was clean with friendly staff, centrally located in a beautiful garden setting.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The buffet dinner is very welcome after a long journey on the road.

the location of the hotel is unbeatable. the restaurant at the hotel was lovely. 3. the hotel staff were polite in all areas. 4. the rooms were fairly quiet and sumptuous. 5. the rooms were well-equipped with amenities like a fridge and clean towels.

The place was peaceful and absolutely fantastic. the staff were courteous. the location was unbeatable close enough to the city center. the service was efficient. I had 1 relaxing nights here. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was wonderful.

The swimming pool, garden and terrace were a delight, especially as the hotel is set very close to the motorway. We were in a room that faced away from the motorway, so even with the window open you were not aware of the motorway traffic. The dinner was very expensive for what is essentially a motel but it was excellent. The restaurant staff who I believe must be the owners were charming and they were very busy.

There was a bizarre smell in the first room we were given. We asked for another room but the smell was almost as bad. We could not trace where it was coming from but decided it must be from the built in headboard. It was most unpleasant but we were able to be out of the room the whole time as the grounds were so pleasant so it was bearable. I would not recommend this hotel in winter for this reason

The food was excellent, including croissants, fruit, cheese, and meats.

We stay in queen room quite often, it is sumptuous and immaculate. The location is great and perfect, as the hotel is based adjacent to a business park.

The venue perfectly met our needs, and we would highly recommend staying here as the experience was enjoyable for the price paid.

The attention to detail is apparent, from the beautiful garden with fresh raspberries to pick, to the abundance of flowers throughout the spacious back yard. The hotel's location may be a bit outside of town, but it provides a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel could benefit from some minor improvements.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable in the queen room. the location was great and perfect, near to the city center. the hotel also had a pretty garden.
